3rd Ashton Scout Group
Scouts are aged ten to fourteen years old and take part in a range of fun, informative and challenging activities. All activities are themed toward individual badges. From time to time the Scouts enjoy camping and trips to various locations.Time: Tuesday 7:30pm to 9pm

Christian Study Group
We have a study group takes place at the church. A light lunch is served followed by the opportunity to learn about and grow in our Christian faith. This takes place for blocks of 4-6 weeks, two or three times a year.

Yoga Class
A yoga class takes place at St James Church on Friday mornings from 9.30 - 10.30am. Cost per session is £2. Free creche available at the St James SureStart centre on Romney Street - places need to be booked.

The WEA (Workers Educational Association) hold art classes at St James on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Our Beaver group is for boys and girls aged six to eight years old. Beavers take part in a range of fun, informative and challenging activities.Time: Monday 6:15pm - 7:30pm

Brownies are aged between 7 years and 10 years and take part in a range of fun, informative and challenging activities as well as trips out.Time: Wednesdays from 6:30pm - 8pm.
